Other Website Services.

As my personal blog says I'm a wearer of many hats... and lover of many cats! But for now lets leave the cats alone and see what else I do with websites and all that they entail... It's a never ending process you know!

A continuous incoming link (backlinks) campaign is very important, incoming links are how the search engines find you as well as the public, your potential customers!

Links to your website can be done through link swapping with other websites in your field or niche, by submitting your website to shopping and website directories. As well as by participating in forums which are based on what you do, making sure your signature tag is included in your url! Social book marking sites such as Stylehive and Wists are also ideal for attracting traffic and buyers not forgetting Squidoo. Add your products for the public to browse through, add keywords so that you come up in the social bookmarking searches and when they click on your item they are taken to your website.

These are all great methods for getting targeted traffic, along with SEO, but do take time to maintain - That's where I step in!



I can do banner design for websites and blogs, see some examples at the bottom of the portfolio page, for this I need you to supply me with the images - Unfortunately I'm not a graphic designer (yet!). I can do image optimization - This means that the images are uploaded at the size you want displaying rather than uploaded larger and then resized online, having this done means your image-heavy page will load a lot faster!

I can also do drop shadows, add rollover / mouse-over images... Pretty much anything that involves tweaking images or photos to make them look pretty but that takes ages of your time that could be spent doing other things like creating or. going after new customers!



If you need new products adding, old ones removing... price changes, a contact form or new photos uploaded I can do it - Even if I didn't originally build your website for you! Let me know who you host with, what type of hosting plan you are on (if you know!) and roughly how many / what sort of website tweaks you need.



If you have a wordpress blog (self-hosted from wordpress.org) I can tweak the template for you adding in your own banner image, changing the colors... editing sidebar content and footer information. Please note that I no longer work with blogs hosted on Blogger.
